The goal of our company is to develop long-term relationships with important economic entities, to serve their needs consistently and reliably, and to provide them with engineering services of high added value and profitability..
The object of the company is the study (at the level of definitive study/implementation study) and the construction of all kinds of technical works of the public or private sector as well as the provision of engineering services (licensing-support-maintenance) for the development and operation of businesses. The main volume of our company’s turnover (50%) comes from the construction of projects co-financed by the European Union with high quality standards and permanent controls by the competent bodies (Eptisa). In this process, our company often participates in joint ventures with design offices or other construction companies.
The company’s projects are financed by the partners’ own resources and partially by short-term bank loans.
Our company acquired its current legal form in 2005, but it is the continuation of the Technical Office of Ioannis & Aspasias Varelas, founded in Chalkida in 1971. The company’s shareholders are Mr. Dimitris, Christos and Fotis Varelas and they own 33.3 % of shares each.

Many years of experience in planning and studying large-scale technical projects, in quality management issues, in the construction of public and private projects as well as in special constructions. President of the Association of Civil Engineers of Evia.
– Fotis I. Varelas, Vice President of the Board of Directors
Graduated Civil Engineer A.P.Th. M.Sc. Anti-Seismic Design of Technical Projects (ASTE) A.P.Th. Many years of experience in the study of special technical projects and in the construction of public and private projects, and in environmental and waste management issues.
– Dimitrios I. Varelas, CEO
Diploma in Electrical Engineering & Mech. PC E.M.P. M.B.A. Edinburgh Business School
Many years of experience in the study and construction of public and private technical projects, in providing advice for the organization of businesses at a pan-European level, in the legal framework that governs the construction of technical projects in Greece as well as in the licensing and business operation procedures. Lawyer
Legal advisor of the company. Many years of experience in the institutional framework of public works but also the legal framework of execution of technical projects in general.
The staffing of our company includes engineers of all specialties (four civil engineers, one electrical engineer, one topographical engineer and one architect). We also constantly employ foremen, operators, drivers as well as a multitude of craftsmen.
The size of the staff varies according to the number of projects in progress.
THE EQUIPMENT, THE PROJECTS
The required equipment,
tools for every project
Our equipment includes all the required (specialized and non-specialized) tools for the execution of technical works. We also have proprietary machines for the execution of small network projects as well as small trucks.
In the last five years, our company has executed more than thirty public and private technical projects of various categories of work:
- Construction projects: construction of new buildings of conventional construction, metal buildings for industrial or commercial use, restorations/reinforcements of buildings, constructions/renovations of hotel units, energy upgrades of buildings, etc.
- Infrastructure projects: storm and sewage drainage networks, water supply networks, landfill rehabilitation, biological cleaning, port projects, road construction projects, etc.
- E-M projects: typical infrastructures in craft-industrial-commercial buildings, water wells projects, electric lighting projects, water supply and sewage pumping stations, central air conditioning projects in hotels and professional buildings, building automation projects, etc.
- Urban renewals: renewals of parks and squares, renewals of playgrounds, renewals of urban areas, restorations and renewals of inactive HADA.
- Maintenance: maintenance of metal buildings and IT installations of industrial-industrial units, super markets, building and IT installations of hotels, school buildings, etc.
